Refund policy

📦  Return and refund Policy – Pixel & Parcel Co.

We want you to love your purchase!  
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at **ishooltd@gmail.com** with your order number and reason for return.  
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.  
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.  
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
